How long until my order ships?

Everything in our shop is already printed and ready to go — we pack and ship within 1–3 business days of your order.

Are these toys?

None of our items are intended as toys. They contain small parts and may present a choking hazard — please keep them away from small children, especially those under 3.

How do I take care of my piece?

Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush, then air dry. 3D printed pieces are sensitive to heat — avoid dishwashers, heaters, and windowsills, as they may warp.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. Reach out if you're located elsewhere and we're happy to see what we can do.

Can I get a bulk order for my school, business, or event?

Yes! Our Personalized Clickers service is perfect for fundraisers, business swag, parties, and weddings, with volume pricing for larger orders. Learn more here.

What's a Mystery Egg?

Pick your favorite themed egg (Clicker, Safari, Ocean, Housepet, or Dragon) and we'll fill it with one guaranteed themed piece plus surprise extras — no duplicates in the same egg!

What's your return policy?

All sales are final, with one exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
